Roles in our Organization


Our delivery drivers are quite literally, the face of our business. They have a significant amount of face to face interaction with our customers and play an important part in our success by ensuring the customer receives the correct part with fast, friendly, flexible service.

Inside Sales (Counter Representatives)

Our counter people are the core of our business. With over 100 years of combined experience and 100% ASE P2 certification, their level of technical and product knowledge is unparalleled in the Northwest. We provide and encourage continuing training to ensure that our team members are informed on emerging operate in a fast-paced sales environment handling a multi-line phone system to accurately lookup and source parts to provide estimates and fulfill parts orders for our customers. We strive to ensure we consistently have the area’s premier counter people through continuing education and on the job training programs.

Warehouse Associates

Our warehouse staff is an integral part of our organization. Highly trained in all aspects of shipping and receiving, they ensure prompt check in and accurate posting of our incoming freight. Our order fill team works hard to process customer orders quickly and efficiently. All of this is accomplished by a state of the art system using hand held scanners to assure highly accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

Support Staff

Our support staff consists of a variety positions that work behind the scenes and support the operation of the business. Positions include Accounting, IT and purchasing personnel.
